Fortis + Certis: Superior Performance in a Single Device
This innovative solution, which combines the Fortis accelerometer and the Certis mid-motion seismometer in a single housing, provides a total achieved dynamic range exceeding 200 dB. Thanks to its dual-sensor structure, it delivers superior performance in applications requiring both wide measurement capacity and high sensitivity.
The system offers a velocity response between 120 seconds and 100 Hz, while the long-period corner frequency can be remotely selected by the user between 20 and 120 seconds. In addition, it easily adapts to different field conditions with its acceleration response from DC to 100 Hz and remotely selectable gain options.
The device provides flexible integration with existing system infrastructures by offering an analog output option along with serial communication. Its hermetically sealed stainless steel enclosure against environmental effects and 100 bar / 10 MPa waterproof connector ensure reliable operation under harsh environmental conditions.
